EARLY RELEASES FOR THIS WEEK: Friday, Feb 23: Swimming has an early release at 8:45. Bus leaves for Northview at 9:00.

SPRING LACROSSE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registration for girls and boys Spring Lacrosse will close THIS Friday, February 23. Please register today by clicking on the registration link at http://laxteams.net/springlake

TIMERS ARE NEEDED! Timers are needed for two upcoming middle school swim meets; one for THIS Thursday, Feb 22 and one on Thursday, March 8. If you are interested, sign up in the athletic office.

ADVANCED PLACEMENT TESTING: Those of you who are planning to take one or more advanced placement test, please turn in your registration form with payment in full to Mrs. Love in the office no later than Friday, March 16. Late registration will result in higher cost to you. Packets should have been handed out to you by your AP teacher. However, more can be found in the office.

SENIORS! The deadline to have ALL 18 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE COMPLETED AND FORMS TURNED IN is almost upon us…. You need this in order to graduate.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR THE UPCOMING INDOOR TRIATHLON: The indoor triathlon will take place at the SL aquatic center THIS Sunday, Feb 25, from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. Please sign up at the aquatic center’s front desk. Service hours will be given.

EASTER EGG VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Help is needed for the upcoming Crockery Township Easter Egg Hunt. About 8-10 volunteers are needed to help stuff Easter eggs after school on Wednesday, March 14. About 5-7 volunteers are needed to help with the event on Saturday, March 31 at 9:30. Two are needed to wear the rabbit and duck costumes. UPCOMING STUDENT NIGHT FOR STUDENTS INTERESTED IN ENGINEERING, CAD/CAM OR DESIGN: The American Foundry Society Western MI Chapter is hosting a student night on March 13 at the new MCC downtown campus. Students with an interest in engineering, CAD/CAM, or design are encouraged to attend. The tentative schedule is: 1:00 - tours, 2:30 tours, 4:00 tour of MCC, 5:00 snacks, and then the program to follow. GRCC OPEN HOUSE: Grand Rapids Community College is hosting their Spring Open House on Saturday, March 24 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Stop in and learn about academic and career programs.
